"Worst staff experience I have ever had. They didn’t inform me of full rules for move in, one doorman even said I could move in after 7pm, but then Anthony, the evening doorman refused to let me unload a few furniture items. Was adamant that I was wrong for trying to move after 7pm. He called the super just to prove how wrong I was. I had to turn around and keep the U-Haul on the street overnight loaded with my items, sleep on bare wood floor, deal with fees from U-Haul, missing work, and couldn’t complete the move till next morning. All because the dysfunctional staff team can’t communicate well & would rather cause a crisis for a resident than help them have a decent experience. There are also bugs in the apartment. Feels like a weird prison already and I can’t wait to move out."

"No privacy at all! The workers enter your home without notifications! Besides, the management team never replies your email or phone! The doormen are great, they are responsible for delivering/organizing packages."

"Extremely unsoundproof. I could hear music playing, talking, and opening and closing doors from different neighbors. In addition, the room was very hot inside. In winter, it was fine, but in summer, it was too stuffy. Also, the air conditioner was noisy and annoying when it is on. It's either super cold or stops working when the room temperature is good. Until the room is hot again, it would start sending that super cold air again. The door of the parking garage is always broken and cannot be opened with the key. Thanks to its perfect location, the building is still fully occupied."

"This building had some cool staff when I lived there but it is a roach motel. I paid $500 more for my utilities over a 6 month span to keep ALL of my bathroom vanity lights on overnight to deter roaches. It still didn't always stop them. This isn't exactly what I would refer to as luxury living."
