"We've now been at Quinn for almost 3.5 years and we've never had an experience as good as the management team in Quinn. Nicole, James and everyone in the management office and the maintenance team along with our concierge desk folks are just awesome - Manny, Katelyn, Ralph and Ramone are the best! for maintenance, which is not often, but when needed, they come to you ASAP and within one sitting the issue is sorted Concierge, they are like a friend who is looking after for you and your apartment and everything going around your apartment. You can hang out and chat with them if you want and ask them to hook you up with packages or other perishables if you are out extended from your apartment or otherwise. Nicole, James and their team in the office are just phenomenal and do their VERY best from helping with lease extension to any issues or changes you may need in your apartment. As we move out to another city, we would miss having such a lovely company who we could rely on for any / all needs for our apartment. Thank you much guys! wish you the best!"

"Pros: - very nice and friendly staff, they make living here feel like home, Ralph always sends large packages to our door, the maintenance team responds to our requests within a day, every request is taken good care of by the management team, etc... - modern design, new appliances - big kitchen, plenty of storage space Cons: - construction noise, light rail and streetlights are right out side of the window if living on a lower floor facing the light rail - garage is slow or out of service during busy hours - hardwood floors get super squeaky during summer time - the washer and dryer stink if not keeping the doors open... - crazy rent increase"

"Roberto recently fixed a problem I was having with my kitchen drawer. As always, he did an excellent job. Also, Luis fixed my dryer, made it very clean and the dryer dries even better! Also in an efficient manner."

"We really want to love this apartment and stay for longer term but unfortunately the quality of our apartment unit can not justify for the price. If you are looking for 3 beds it’s not worth it as it’s the same size as a 2 bed. The so called 3 beds just cut out space from living room to make the third bed so left you with tiny living and dining area. The main bath is a half. We’ve had major flooring issue. Everywhere we walk the floor cracks and makes loud fire cracker noises. Our unit is right outside the light rail so you have that noise too. Concierge staff are great. Building is in a good location. Just be cautious of the “3 bed”"
