"Very happy with my decision to move here. I toured one other place before signing the lease here and it could not even compare to the Parker 118. Rutherford is a gem of an area. The Parker 118 is close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, train/bus, park, library, post office, and good coffee! The building is new and incredibly well-maintained. The cleaning crew does an impeccable job. The service here is truly exemplary. The Parker 118 is run by a fantastic group of people. Sydney (property manager) made the move-in process very easy for me. Questions were answered and emails were responded to in a timely manner. And a huge shoutout to Mayron (superintendent) and Elvin, who helped me discard all my large boxes. I also had issues with my smoke alarm going off and my washer stopped working at one point. Mayron was very responsive and on top of the repairs. He kept me in the loop regarding the repairs until my washer was fixed. I'd give this place the highest possible recommendation."
