"Amazing place to live"

"Not sure why Google deleted my last review, but I am taking the time out of my day to make sure any potential renters know the risk of renting here! I lived here from 2018-2019, and until this day I still have a bad taste in my mouth. I cant even believe they charged us $2500 a month!! Robbery at its finest. When we first moved in we notified management regarding of the hot tub not working and that the washer/dryer made a loud noise. Around our 8th month into our lease still no one was sent to fix any of these issues!! Towards the end of the lease the dryer started smoking and almost went on fire, management seriously said we would have to pay them $800 to pay a new one because we never opened the door for the tech!!! He never came until it almost went on fire, 11 months later. Lastly, Luz is SOOOO rude and unprofessional, not sure how she is still hired as a project manager. She legit was screaming me at one point, all her emails have typos, and she talks to you like your one of her friends from the streets. Extremely unprofessional. do not waste your time or money, I promise you its not worth it."

"One giant Illusion. From the moment you walk in, to the day you move out. When you walk in, it looks gorgeous, take a closer look and you will see that the art hasn't been cleaned in years. A front key pad that never works, a back door that as well never works. a back garden that trees stay fallen for years with no maintenance done to them. Finished floors that no matter how clean you leave them they will still charge you 1600 for the refinish. (which is 400 more expensive than all the other quotes I received). That's not even the worst part. Dire Management is by far the worst people I have ever had to deal with. In the one year I was there i asked for 6 repairs. Of the six repairs, two of them were done in a matter of no less than 3 months. the others I gave up on except. My refrigerator not working was the fastest of them all, still at a 7 day delay. if there was a zero star to give I would give it."

"Just called to try and figure out a little bit more about the apartment and when I could tour. The individual who answered the phone was short with me and super rude. Did not answer the phone in a polite manner, simply said yes? If this is any indication of what it would be like to live there then I would not want any part of it. Glad I called before I bothered filling out an application."

"Management is by far the worse I have ever experienced. Been waiting for 3 months for the items to be fixed on my move-in checklist. Luz in the office is totally not responsive and does not care."
