"I am giving The Wyles apartment building a five star rating based on what I have seen and what I have enjoyed here. Food! I have enjoyed watching this building, become part of a community in Harrison New Jersey. This building is a very chic and modern place to live. When first I saw the entrance inside the building I was stunned at how simply beautifully it was designed and decorated. In the lobby, sets of seating spaces eloquently done, carefully chosen colors, and it’s opened. Windows are long and wide, and you can see the community growing up. The entrance to the mailbox and private rooms where you can think, right, make conversation over the cell, or sit in luxury enjoying the scene. The concierge‘s are true concierge‘s, Customer service is on point . Now there are many things that I am leaving out because I have not seen or had a tour of this building to write a more important, truly important review , about the living areas ,the apartments themselves. But I will get to that in the weeks coming. Tonight there was an invitation for the community to attend a Ball; “snow ball“ event, and most of the event took place in the lobby of the building, where there was a DJ that was “on it”and people were dressed in gowns and casual attire, which is really appropriate for the evening. Now, this is where the good part comes. I have photographs of the the Resturant and you will like this. One thing I want to say before I get to the kitchen is that there are two women part of the staff in this building that can help you with finding a home here or if you live here they can help with other things such as an event like this evenings, “ Snow Ball”. They are Fabulous ;Tia-Lyn and Francesca. If you can’t find them ask for more Fabulous people : Nelson or Kimberly Do yourself a favor, give yourself an opportunity to live here just because you can and because it’s one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve seen lately. Now to the photographs. I’m going to put them on and as I said they are mostly about the Resturant. You can go online take a look at this building and all the other lovely buildings around here and find a home . I apologize for any errors inside this review. WB."
"Right now, as you can see, it's 11:42PM, and I'm being disturbed by a second-time fire alarm that seems to be coming from who knows where and echoing through the entire apartment building. This is at least the fifth time since I moved in at the beginning of November. I have to admit that the facilities in this apartment are pretty good and well-equipped. However, the problem is that no matter how fancy the facilities and exterior, they can't hide the overall quality problems with the entire building. I'm no expert, but as far as I can tell, it's not just me - practically everyone I know who lives here complains about the loud noises coming from upstairs. Whether it's the sound of someone walking barefoot, moving furniture, or the lack of soundproofing between floors, it's almost as if there's no insulation at all. If you're lucky enough to live on the top floor or the people above you are considerate of your feelings, then congratulations, this building may be for you. However, if you're not on the top floor, like me, and the people above and next to you are noisy (yes, I can clearly hear my neighbor's conversations at 2 a.m.), it can be a kind of torture or punishment. The building may be aware of this problem; that's probably why they ask you to bring your own carpet. And if you live here, you may need a professional recording device available 24 hours a day to provide evidence of disturbances. Unless your phone has amazing audio quality and you have enough time to press the record button every time the other party makes a noise - don't ask me why, but that's what the management team requested when I complained about being disturbed. Provide clear recordings of the noise along with the time, and the likely outcome is that they just send an email to the other party, and that's it. If your sleep quality is great, or you're not the type to worry about being disturbed by noise above normal decibels (whether it's frequent false alarms, the amazing vibrations of footsteps from upstairs, or the sound of neighbors talking during normal quiet hours), then I think you're a qualified resident here in the "affected" aspect. One more thing, there are several apartments nearby, so be prepared for the possibility that your takeout and packages will be delivered to a different building. You'll have to go to each of them if necessary to see if they got your package. As someone who lost three packages since moving here, I thought you might need this heads up. And yes, there is no locker as well as the people who helped you in the package room but yourselves."
"It's a very nice building - well-designed with great amenities. However, you'll scroll through to see many negative reviews because management has proven time and time again that they can't seem to figure out how to properly run a building. By far, the worst issue is that the fire alarms constantly go off during all hours of the day and night. This has been happening since we first moved in on September 1st (when the alarms went off at 1am, 3am, and 6am). I understand that there are kinks to figure out with a new building, but the fact that there have been constant fire alarm issues for four straight months is completely unacceptable and honestly, should be illegal. This is a HUGE safety issue because if something was actually wrong, none of us would have any idea. When the fire alarms go off, my husband and I simply put on our noise cancelling headphones and throw our pillows over our heads. I also feel really badly for any dogs, cats, and young kids in the building. The alarms are deafening and must be really traumatizing for them. I'm also really disappointed that after being open for five months, the building still hasn't gotten a single one of their electric chargers working. This is extra frustrating because we specifically asked about electric chargers when we were looking at apartments and were promised that there would be many available. Because the chargers aren't working, you have to go to the front desk, ask if you can be let into Cobalt Lofts, check to see if there are any available chargers, and then if you are lucky enough for one to be free, you can drive your car to get charged. This is now extra annoying as it is cold out and gets dark so early. I have emailed management several times about the electric chargers and have never received a response. I still believe this building has potential to be very nice, but it's a real shame that after five months, management hasn't figured out how to provide us basic human needs like being able to sleep through the night. If you're planning to move here, make sure you have your noise cancelling headphones charged at all times and don't expect to be able to charge your car in the garage."
"I love The WYLDES I cannot wait to rent the complex is amazing. If you're looking for a place that has tons of amenities and a great sense of community this is the building for you. I've been looking at many places in Harrison and this building by far outshines them all. I had a great time talking to the leasing management and figuring out which apartment would work best for me with their help they were amazing. I attached the picture I took from the leasing office balcony ,Beautiful is all I can say."
