"The apartments are well kept and new. Management is super responsive on any request I've had. The grounds are very well kept and the garbage/recycle areas are kept nice too. Love having my own washer and dryer in the unit. A huge plus is dog friendly. I don't hear any noise from my neighbors either. I'm very happy living here."

"Been at Summit for one year approximately. Apartment is extremely nice and comfortable. Neighbors have been very pleasant. Kim, in the leasing/mgt office, has been nothing but fantastic to deal with. Has always been helpful and kind when answering all my questions, a guaranteed pleasure to deal with. Maintenance crew have fixed any minor issues quickly. Just renewed the lease for next year."

"If you want to smell Marijuana and cigarette smoke in your apartment, hear dogs barking all day, and deal with the rude staff you'll love this place. Going downhill already. Decent people are moving out fast. If you move out take pictures/video. They kept some of my security despite the fact I left the place very clean. They claimed I damaged the rugs and sent me a picture of a rug from another apartment. The pool is super small, so not really an amenity to me. Glad I'm out of there."

"I've been living here for 10 months and it's a great place to call "home". The office staff Kelly and Kim always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The maintenance crew keep the grounds and facilities clean every day and are helpful and friendly. The workout room is great and is rarely crowded. The pool is everything, feels like a vacation home during the summer time. I love the neighborhood and could not feel safer anywhere else...."

"I lived here for a year and was eventually driven away due to safety concerns living here alone as a female. There were break ins, and an experience with a neighbor’s dog which I continue to think about (and the reason I am writing this review now). A neighbor (who also worked in leasing office) had a dog off leash which I am sure tried to attack me in the interior hallway of my apt - exhibited very aggressive behavior, very quick run at me, a lot of I am a dog lover and was very aware at the time that the behavior was not normal. I know that people love their dogs, but when I notified the leasing office of the incident I was basically gaslighted as everyone in the office is friendly with the owner. I seriously feared leaving my apartment from then on. There are many of a specific breed I have nothing against but a cautious paranoia around living in this apt complex."
