"RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!this place sucks apts are run down falling apart .can't get hold of anyone in office no one is ever around.they don't answer the phones but continue to rise the rents not a few dollars but hundreds of Dollars .apts ain't worth it the rent they want.apts don't have heat half the time in winter . Heat pipes make a banging noise when heat comes on noise is loud .there is mold and water leaks. Maintenance ain't any good neither they don't fix nothing and if they do it's bandaide fixed. So called Renovated apts are just bandaide fixed you move in and than you have problems right after.two apt builds are shut down do to structure issues. Maintenance never comes when you call to fix things.this place is so run down .not worth it. Let's get a fine"

"There are so many negative experiences with this place that quite frankly there is just too much for me to mention. Starting from when I initially moved in, I was provided an apartment that had several issues that needed repair. I was advised that within the first month that everything would be addressed and corrected. About half the things were completed and the other half till this day are still pending. They have gone through so many employees and managers that there is no consistency or proper management of this complex. Rent continues to rise and yet we are provided a complex that in no way reflects the cost to live here. The roads of the parking lots and entrance are covered in pot holes and parking here is chaotic at best. Even now, three years after I initially moved in, things continue to fall apart and nothing gets addressed. My concerns are met with apologies but no solutions. I guess that is the perfect way that they are able to keep the deposit from their tenants. The laundromats on site do not work and half the time are not even available to be used. This place is classified and listed as luxury apartments but it is from from luxury. Even after attempting to have my most recent needs addressed, I was met with rudeness and no solutions. I was not even given the opportunity to fully explain my concerns because I was cut off every single time I tried to explain something. They seem to forget that there is such a thing as tenant rights. They must be under the impression that their tenants are uneducated. For example, we are in October 13 and temperatures have previously fallen below 55°, yet we still have no heat, something that should have already been in place. I can go on and continue to explain in detail all of the other things that are wrong with this complex but I will save you some time and condense it all in one sentence. Do not rent from Knox Village!"

"Honestly, where do I begin with the disappointment and unprofessionalism I have experienced during my stay at Knox Village Apartments. Yes, the rents are very fair and affordable. However, I RARELY complain, but the maintenance is horrible. The follow-up from the office to make sure the job is done in a timely manner is non-existent. There was water damage to my ceiling, maintenance came in, he kept telling me "the painter will come Monday, it will be finished on Monday", this was in December, we are now going into April. Also, there was water coming from upstairs, flooding due to an illegal washing machine. I had to call maintenance 6 times in order for him to actually wake up and come to my apartment, then he realized the seriousness. Also, he used MY OWN towels to "clean up" the mess, using MY bucket and leaving the water there for me to dump out. Also, the doors are breaking, there are cracks in the ceilings that are getting worse. There is paint on the door knobs. The vents covers are all falling apart and are not fully covering the vents. This is far from a luxury rental, which to me is false advertisement, there is absolutely nothing luxury about these apartments."
