"The property owner is HORRIBLE with the upkeep of the property. You literally have to hold your rent money if you want anything fixed because that’s the only way he will respond. When they do “fix” something it’s only a bandaid for a few months until the same thing stops working all over again-my bathroom vanity is coming out of the wall that was ignored as well and a major safety issue but that was ignored as always. You wait ALLLLL DAY when they say they are coming for you to just waste a whole day for nothing because they never show up and they don’t bother to call and let you know either. The fire alarm is a CONSTANT issue to the point where the firefighters are tired of coming to shut off the alarm because it goes off all hours of the night/day for no apparent reason. The garage door is constantly broken and a major inconvenience. Also, we had access to the rooftop before they bought the property it was a major selling point when I was shown the apartment…well he took access to that away as well."

"DO NOT rent here. I am a current tenant of 8 years. The Indian property owners don’t fix anything. My washer dryer combo caught on fire and the property owner refuses to fix or replace it. So I’m forced to go to a laundromat. The fire alarms go off every week, sometimes in the middle of the night for 30-45 mins at a time. There is a long list of hazards and violations throughout the building. You reach out to get something fixed and it’s no reply for weeks at a time. They send a little old maintenance man that’s 70 years old and barely can fix anything. They are trying to charge 2300-2700 a month and the building is hanging on by a thread. The garage door constantly breaks and jams open and they leave it like that for weeks at a time. There’s mold all over the ceilings. There’s constantly garbage all over the stairs and inside elevator. They were already inspected by the state and they have not fixed anything or addressed anything the state told them that needed to be fixed. They are irresponsible and careless but they make sure to drive the newest audi or Range Rover."
