"I cant speak for the other locations, but I will discuss Paterson. Management will do anything to fill vacated apartments. No credit checks or screening are required. Bad credit, unemployed, prior evictions, no problem we have an apt for rent. You have a better chance of seeing a unicorn, then contacting the office. I highly recommend avoiding this place"
