"Was not going to leave a review, but saw the two star review and the fake five star review. My one star could change, possibly. When I moved in, would have given 4 or 5 in the early months. The outside of the building, the entrance, etc is beautiful. However, the longer I'm here, the more I notice. Why was Glenn fired? He was the best. That alone dropped my review down."

"I have been living @ Citizen Little falls since the end of July and my experience so far has been good. Like any apartment building there have been small hiccups that management has taken care of every time. I have noticed there are tenants that do not adhere to the garbage disposal instructions. Which occasionally leaves the rooms in bad condition, especially after the weekend, but the maintenance person always cleans the rooms. The management office is open Monday - Friday and the staff is always happy to assist with any questions. The person in charge of cleaning the common areas is here full-time during the week and she does an amazing job. We recently had our first tenant event where I was able to meet some of my neighbors. When submitting maintenance requests, I have always received a quick response. Long story short: Coming from an apartment building where management was practically nonexistent, living here has been a breath of fresh air. Knowing if something breaks or if I have any issues with anything regarding my stay here, I can just take elevator down to speak to someone and then throw all the nice amenities on top of that…… SOLD!!!"

"I moved in about 2 months ago with my baby and could not be happier! Wonderful safe area, great amenities and the building is just absolutely luxurious! Management team is hands down the best I have ever come across in all of my years of renting! Also the super Glenn is the most attentive super I have ever had! He is ALWAYS there with any questions or concerns he’s incredibly friendly, and if you need anything done in the apartment he’s there before you can blink! I love this building and am beyond grateful ❤️"

"I was one of the first residents that had moved in the building which was newly constructed, the move in was not a hassle at all with the office they made sure everything was clear from the beginning from where the movers will enter from and park and etc. also the amenities that this building has is amazing the gym in the building the tv the entertainment ping pong table and 8 ball table and the hammocks. Having an apartment and living here give you quite the luxury lifestyle cant forget that we also have our own dog park."
