"My father has lived here longer than anyone. 33 going on 34 years. This place is run very nicely the staff is very courteous friendly helpful goes out of their way to help people. The other review by Brendah ebonita Nero could not be more inaccurate and totally made up and undocumented probably like she is. That lady has a chip on her shoulder and never sued anybody and definitely the staff does not come in without permission from the owners and they definitely do not ejaculate on kids drawings. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read."

"It was horrible. I sued the building owner--and won--because he was very much aware that the building manager was coming into my apartment and doing some really nasty things. I believe that he was also aware that I was not the first tenant whose privacy was violated in such a way. Thank God that I hung bells on my doorknobs--inside and out. My 4 year old grandson's framed and hung photograph was ejaculated on. My Brussels Griffon was terrorized. When I moved to a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath in Hudson County--for less--I felt like I had moved out of a housing project. It took 3 years, 2 counties, and 3 judges to fight every dirty trick in the book, but I WON."
