"I have been a resident of The Gateway for 7 years now. I love this building for many reasons: it’s convenient location; well-maintained facilities; and suitably designed, spacious units. Whatever I need is within walking distance from the building. It is adjacent to the NJT station which is great for commuting to NYC and Hoboken. There is a theatre across the building, a food store and several banks and restaurants. The Post Office and town library is about a block away. Of equal importance to all of the above is the person who manages the property. Deidre, the current Property Manager, is a great asset to The Gateway. I have consistently received a quick response and assistance with issues I bring to her attention. She is amiable and helpful so I only have praises for Deidre. Overall, I can attest to how pleasant it is to stay at The Gateway, based on my experience."

"Though I did not move to this community (just logistics, unfortunately), I have nothing but great things to say about it. From the get go, Deidre was very polite and pleasant on the phone, even nicer and honest in person. Is a small community, the building is very nicely kept. The apartments are updated, very spacious and beautiful. Definitely a good place if you're looking for a chill environment, but close to all the restaurants and train station. Very private, despite of it being right in the middle of everything."

"This building is lovely, and the location can't be beat! The units have uncommon storage and very useful space, the common areas are lovely, everything is clean and well-maintained, and there are thoughtful touches throughout. As a bonus, we really enjoy the outdoor spaces like our apartment's balcony and the delightful rooftop deck. We haven't been here long, but have felt welcomed from the start; the entire staff is really responsive and warm. And the location is perfect--with the exception of work, we can pretty much walk or take the convenient train just about anywhere we want to go. We are excited that we found such a wonderful building as the Gateway to once again enjoy apartment life!"

"The Gateway has been my home for 5 years now. I love this place because whatever I need is within walking distance from the building. It could not have been in a better location since it is adjacent to the NJ Transit train station, ideal for commuting to NYC and Hoboken. There are food stores, restaurants, banks, pharmacy/drug stores close by. The Post Office and Library are just a block away. There is even a beautiful park next door. Individual apartment units at the Gateway are also well designed and spacious. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. Mike Tierney, the Property Manager, is a great asset to the Gateway. He is very friendly and helpful to the tenants. He is quick to respond and readily makes himself available to check any problems that we may encounter in our unit and the building as a whole. He is just the perfect fit for his role as Property Manager. We’ve had a few others in the past and he has been the best."

". The Gateway building is managed very well. The management company is easy to reach and very pleasant to talk to . The building is kept very clean and the apartments are lovely. On -site Management is amazing! Mike Tierney is helpful, friendly, caring and extremely responsive. He is always available , even on weekends if needed. Whenever there is a problem in the apartment, Mike is quick to respond and come to check it out. He always goes the extra mile and always has a smile on his face, with a kind word when you pass his office or see him in the hallway. Henry is great as well. Always friendly and hard working."
