"Being a resident at 3V has been a pleasure over the past 5 years. The apartment itself is spacious and modern with good, reliable appliances. The common spaces are always spotless and the amenities are extensive. I appreciate how quickly management responds to any of our issues or concerns. The only thing I don't love is the annual rent increase, but I suppose that's to be expected no matter where you live."

"We've been living at Third & Valley for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. The apartments are lovely, well appointed and possess all the amenities we desire. This is reflected in the building as well. Since we've been here there have been continual refresh of things like carpeting, paint, gym equipment and more. The thing that really brings it home for us is the staff. They are simply amazing. The response time for any repairs, regardless how small, is same-day and often within a couple hours. They maintenance crew are excellent at what they do, efficient, and super nice. And the office staff: fantastic. These are friendly professionals who truly concern themselves with the happiness and comfort of the residents. They know us, remember our names, and take an interest in our lives and wellbeing. After almost 30 years of pre-war Brooklyn apartment living, for us, Third & Valley is the most luxurious, comfortable, convenient and friendly place we've ever lived."

"By far one of the best moving experiences I have ever had. I moved into Third & Valley because of Buzzuto's strong reputation, and my experience did not disappoint. The leasing office understood our urgency since we were hitting the end of an existing lease and miraculously helped us find a unit within 24 hours (they did a lot of maneuvering and made it work!). Not only that, but the maintenance & leasing team did an exceptional job ensuring that we received a unit that we were happy with. I very much appreciated all of the hard work, time, and detail they put into making our apartment such a comfortable and clean space. We are very happy with our unit and enjoy the friendly people in the building. South Orange is also a great place to live. Moving from Hoboken, I was rather nervous but the town has an urban feel with the suburban space."
