"I lived here for 4 years and it was great. The property is well maintained. The apartments are very spacious with a basement. Jay the property manager is awesome!! He is quick to respond to any issues whether it’s in your home, garage, or snow removal. Tim is also wonderful. They really love there jobs and care about their tenants and it shows. I would definitely recommend Northfield townhouses."

"The complex is wonderfully located -- right across the street from the South Mountain complex, and walking distance from the Reservation trails. The townhouse setup is perfect -- private entrances, a cellar for storage and work-out space, but also living among friendly neighbors. You are not on a street where there are traffic noises -- instead, you have a large grassy area with trees for a front yard. You have an opportunity to have a garden of your own if you want -- having this opportunity is REALLY rare in rentals! We also love having the large kitchen/eating area instead of a separated dining room. Minor complaints are the size of the parking lot and the lack of a toilet on the first floor, but they really are small issues in the long run. We LOVE living here!"

"I lived here for just under 3 years, recently moved for work. I highly recommend Northfield Townhouses! Jay the property manager is always readily available and so quick to respond to any issues. He makes sure the property is always well maintained and there to take care of whatever is needed either in your home specifically or on the property such as snow removal or when you lock yourself out haha. He's super friendly and easy to get ahold of at anytime, which is a huge plus! I lived there as a single, young female and I felt super safe all the time. My neighbors were all nice and I rarely ever heard any noise from either side of my apartment. Being across from the reservoir and zoo is a big bonus too! Great place to live!"

"My family and I moved here after closing on our home which had us scrambling but Jay, the Property Manager, was fantastic with our frequent and last minute changes. Jay had our unit meticulously cleaned from floor to ceiling. Our unit's front door viewed a beautifully landscaped courtyard and the walking path around the whole complex was incredibly relaxing and picturesque. The pool was a great bonus and has top notch lifeguards. The rooms are enormous and we even had our own small parking lot! You're literally right across from South Mountain Reservation/Turtle Back Zoo/and so much more - an absolute perfect location! I highly recommend this complex, we will miss the neighbors we now call friends, and, the property manager, Jay was so incredibly helpful and available at any time we needed him. We moved within town to our own home and have recommended this location to many of our friends!"

"I lived at Northfield Townhouses for over 8 years, only moved out to purchase our first home. I miss this place. The community is family friendly, the pool always well maintained and safe, the area is beautiful with the park right across the street and great for outdoor exercise. It was always quiet in the evenings and the walls did an excellent job of muting your next door neighbor. Jay and team do everything they can to make sure you are welcome and taken care of. Never had an issue that wasn’t taken care of immediately. They are always accommodating and friendly, we truly miss you guys and the rest of the Northfield Townhouses community. Thank you!"
