"This is one of the most poorly managed buildings. The Building manager is not nice, does horrible repairs, and is one of the rudest, more incompetent people I know. He was extremely rude throughout the process of me moving in and was even worse as I was moving out. With so many other building options available, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. I am so happy now having moved out and found another apartment in Westfield. I know of three other people who have also moved out because of the building manager, Dave, and would recommend signing leases somewhere else."
