"DO NOT MOVE HERE The slumlord consistently ignored our pleas to address the persistent Black Mold and ventilation problems in our apartment. Despite multiple calls, they only sent "maintenance" to inspect and paint over the mold, which promptly returned due to inadequate ventilation, leading to furniture contamination. Shockingly, they remained indifferent to the issue. Your health is at risk—moving here is not advisable!"
