"Lived here for a year, loved the layout of our apartment and the amount of storage spaces. The kitchen is a little small for my liking, but nice. Loved big windows and the ac worked pretty well. The washer and dryer were kind of weak. There were plenty of times I had to wash twice and dry even more times. I thought the problem was me but doing laundry in apartments before hand and afterwards is simple, so must be the machines. The other review talks about ant ~invasion~ during last spring and that did happen and it was pretty horrific but with pest control they got it figured out. (We weren’t charged $300, I don’t remember that). This spring there were little moths everywhere in the building and they started getting into our apartment but thank God we left before I lost my mind over it. They did bring the pest control again but it didn’t help that much. The maintenance man is super awesome, he’s friendly, prompt and keeps the building clean and operating well. Oh the other hand the person you have to contact for everything else has considerably poor communication skills/ business communication skills. Not much attention to detail and they’re sometimes tone deaf. The limited parking space on the first floor is also frustrating and tenants often have their friends park temporarily in open spots. You can’t hear neighbors next to you, and technically won’t hear upstairs neighbors if it’s just regular everyday noise. We did have an issue with loud noises after 10pm but after speaking to that tenant once, it was over. Our neighbors were nice! There was only once where we heard some “party noises” late. Spring street does have lots of emergency vehicle action, so lots of sirens pretty much daily. Also if you’ll live on the first floor facing the street, sometimes you’ll get landscaping staff walk outside your windows. Which always terrified my child (and definitely caught me off guard) since we had our blinds up. And some of those people do look inside the apartments. And they can come anytime from Thursday to Saturday. So technically loved living here, but the context person for management made it less pleasant."

"My experience at The Edge was nothing short of the worst experience i’ve had living anywhere. To start, Rosemary who was allegedly our ‘leasing manager’ had awful communication skills. Only time I heard from her or anyone else at the building was when they wanted their money. My roomate and I were wrongfully charged over $3,000 for damaging a railing on the far side of the building. We asked for proof for over 6 months and we never heard back. We currently have a lawyer in contact with them but they will not answer our emails. After 3 weeks of living in the apartment, an ant infestation took over the whole building. WE were charged $350 for having pest control come out to take a look at their problem. Our fridge filter replacement light came on after 3 weeks as well, and we were told it was our duty to go get a new one. Amenities are awful, gym was supposed to open 3 months after our lease started, didn’t step foot in it until 7-8 months. Place just gives off an awful vibe. No one was friendly, there is a bunch of older residents living in the heart of morristown who complain about any and all noise any time after 9 PM. I would recommend staying as far away as possible from the edge."
