"When we switched to Allstate after my fiance got a car at Bayridge Honda with the agents they have there, BUT let me say I regret switching to Allstate but maybe its not the insurance its the agent TONY there that are UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE and clearly don't know their job, I was delayed on a payment for my insurance policy and they call like debt collectors would call for when you owe credit cards, that's the first red flag, I get that the courtesy reminder call but to call on a daily basis and email that gives me stalker vibe, then he had the nerve to tell me that my bill is way past due and that even if I pay what I owe in full they will NOT be able to reinstate my policy and I should look for another insurance, you CANNOT tell me that first of, so I called Allstate and find out if this is true, first Allstate said my policy is still active and gave me my payment due date and once I pay my policy will be fine they also said they don't know why that agent said that, so I called TONY and let him know what they said then he started to change his words ( yeah because you put your foot in your a** Hole now) well I told him I requested a agent change and I will get a new insurance because of these people ALLSTATE will lose a customer, I HIGHT DO NOT RECOMMEND this agent."
