"Also known as, Sephora USA Inc. They are inside, come in about 9am. Under the Bridge right off of 95 you get off the exit loop around easy on and off looks like overnight parking is okay on one of the streets"
"Terrible company to work for. I would ask the dispatcher how much routes pay and they never had a direct answer, would tell me to speak with Mike. Mike was never around and impossible to reach by phone to answer any questions you had. I was told they paid $950 for a route from NJ to Massachusetts and when it came to payday, they paid $850. I believe the dispatchers and Mike have a scam going on, having drivers do crazy routes, quote them one thing and then pay them another. I was responsible for all my tolls & gas. I have my own DOT and the kind of money they pay is not worth it."
"Have time on your clock and don't be in a rush. I showed up and checked in and while the guy at the window was waiting to hear what dock to put me in, two other drivers showed up. All three of us were given our docks at the same time. The same dock. Except they were both put in front of me and unloaded first. I sat at this delivery for six hours including being unloaded."
"I wish I could give them a zero, but I will leave the one. Job hired me, best job ever...hurricane sandy happen. I was told they would rehired me...this was from the CEO....never happened. I called every two months and got jerked around. Company can go to hell for all I care."
"This company was subcontracted by SEKO logistics to deliver a retail item that I ordered. They have had my item since 12 July. They were supposed to contact me prior to 19 July to schedule delivery for 19 July. They never did. On 21 July, I contacted SEKO who scheduled my delivery for 22 July and then I contacted mark IV to confirm. The lady I spoke with at Mark IV called me a liar and said the appointment was never scheduled (I have a recording of the call from SEKO where the appointment was scheduled). She also told me that they couldn't deliver on 22 July, so we scheduled for the following Saturday, 29 July (today). I was told to call that morning to get a narrower appointment window. The appointment window was 1000-1800. Eight hours. No one answered when I called, so I called SEKO, who confirmed that I did have an appointment for 29 July but they could get an answer from anyone at Mark IV either. I ended up sitting around the house for eight hours waiting on a truck that never showed up. No one ever tried to contact me either. After speaking with SEKO and the retailer I originally purchased the item from, I've been given "call back on Monday" as my recourse to figure out what's going on and to hopefully get my $1200 couch delivered. Their mission statement states: "Reliability and performance aren't words we take lightly at Mark IV." Prove it. Give me my property!"
