"They tell you a driver on the way or outside then lie and say they came and left and they never came .. whenever the guy is answering the phone to order the cab that always happens but when the lady answers and orders the cab she always does her job respect to her . But the guy just lies . Need to fire him"

"I called and gave my address so they’d pick me up and the lady wasn’t understanding what I was saying.. I told her my address several times and she wasn’t understanding me….. later on I called again to talk in Spanish and she hung up right away…… I don’t understand what went wrong she speaks English and Spanish I don’t understand why she wasn’t understanding me the first time"

"On time and nice & friendly drivers. If u miss that random # that call you when they outside, they won't answer the next few times you call. Only thing that make me rate them the rating I gave is because there is no compromise on their end."

"I’m never calling them again the driver said he can’t take me to the place because I didn’t have a mask and it fell on the street and in the first place I told him I don’t live in the house and he drove off and I already had to lock the door behind me and I had my daughter with me and we was waiting outside for another taxi for 20 minutes and it was freezing and raining. If my daughter would have got sick they wouldn’t pay for her medication or got a free taxi ride. Never again that’s the worst taxi business ever."

"I would give less than one star if it was possible. The worst car service ever. First they told us the price over the phone, and then when the driver picked us, they changed the price. Them to make it worst, they asked is to pay upfront, who would trust them topay them upfront. Dont ever use this car service !!!!!"
