"Bad customer service, they answer and hang up the call, they say that the taxis will arrive in 10 minutes and they arrive in half an hour sometimes, some taxis are sometimes a bit dirty and with cigarette smells, they should demand hygiene from their vehicle workers"

"Don’t waste your time. Call another company. They won’t show up at all. They will tell you 15 minutes, never show up then don’t answer the phone. You’ll be late you won’t be on time. You will be stranded."

"This place either needs to be shut down or change the staff and employees that are rude . I tried to make a complain about one of their employees and the dispatcher, not sure if she’s the owner but she basically told me that it was my fault her employee treated me bad. The driver was so disrespectful to me just because I was trying to pay with a card and he didn’t have the system. PLEASE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY."
