"If I could find another place to take my child I would. This place is so disorganized no one seems to know what they are doing and god forbid you try to get someone on the phone or get them to return your calls unless you call one of the directors. I am so disgusted with all this especially working in the mental health field myself."

"Do they every wonder why they have a 2.2 rating? Because the majority of the staff could NOT care less what happens to the patients, they do not listen to you, never or slow to call you back when you have medication side effects and you are sick, I have lost 4 jobs since I have been treated by my new Phych who willy nilly tries meds and adds meds to current meds without regard for interactions. I nearly died listening to her and taking what I took. I just went down from 7 meds to 3 recently and my life is going to get back on track now that I am done with them!!! They are not supportive to the mentally ill community near as much as Newpoint was. Beware!!"

"Unfortunately, I have the leave this review after months of back and forth. So I utilized robins nest in 2013/14 for my child. flash forward to 2021/22 and I reached out several times to make an appointment for my daughter who is an adolescent. Between being on a wait list for months to being called months later to be told that doctor left the practice and won't be able to see my child and not being provided an alternative option with this place, I stopped bothering. Flash forward to this past month, I figure I make another round of calls for these services for providers local to us yet again, only to be blown off again by the staff taking the calls. No questions where asked by the staff at all, just sorry we have no appointments. What a great way to help callers? How unfortunate, to have a relationship with this place when they were robins nest almost 10 years ago and to be blown off like this when we ask for their services again... poor customer service"

"i usually hate calling anywhere to make appointments because whoever answers the phone sounds like they just want to hurry up and rush to do whatever they need to do or just don’t have very pleasant attitudes. Donna answered my call and set up my appointment and she was very sweet and helpful! I’ve been nervous about going back to therapy but she made that first step very easy for me. She was amazing!"

"My daughter went through a very traumatizing experience and was referred to Acenda by a a social worker she met at the hospital. She has been calling and leaving messages (including the director) for the past two weeks and no one has returned her calls. When calling the main number the lady that answer the phone was rude with her answers and provided little information or guidance. If you are in the business of helping people you should show some compassion. We understand you may be busy, but a return call doesn't take that much. I received a response asking to call them. I did and all I got was a voicemail that didn't even let me leave a full message. I'm sure the response is just because they want to make themselves look good. Sad that there are people that can really use a helping hand and they are frown upon."
