"I didn’t know what to expect. I had never heard of CompleteCare Dental professionals. I was pleasantly surprised. From the staff at the front desk , throughout my visit. all the way up to going out the door…, a great experience . Everyone was professional, pleasant, helpful. I felt they actually cared for me as a person . Isaiah was the best! Dr. McCormack was great. The facility is bright, clean, spacious. I really wanted to give 5 stars because the staff deserve it. I gave four stars because my expectation to have my teeth cleaned at my first visit wasn’t met ( which is a reasonable expectation). I was told that they only do 1 procedure per visit .. which was X-rays on my first visit. I had to make another appointment for cleaning and another appointment to have a cavity filled . The appointments are 1 month a part, not sure how this helps the patient. Cleaning is essential in dental health.. waiting 2 months is unacceptable."

"Whenever I needed an appointment I always got one within reasonable time. The front desk staff are just very kind and helpful. The nursing staff for the dentist are very thorough and explaining the process of what is going on with your visit. And the doctor explains everything and she is very good at giving needles even when they're in the most horrible places to be injected she does a wonderful job I hardly even felt it. Where other dentist my experience were not very good when it came to the needle. I would definitely refer this office to anyone who needs dental assistance. Thank you"
