"I ship over on November 15 and my merchandise haven’t arrived yet . When you call they tell you the same things over and over again . That’s is going to get there before Saturday . No detail information is being asked so there’s no way they really know what’s going on with your order it’s basically someone rushing you off the phone and hanging up."

"Don’t use these people they are the worst. My mom send boxes to DR on 11/13 and still my mom hasn’t receive them. She calls the office in DR and they been telling her for the past two weeks that she will get them during the week which hasn’t happen. We called the office in NY spoke to (Diana) and she always gives a different story. Worst shipping company ever. Very irresponsible."

I SHIPPED A TV ON 05/11/2023 FROM NY TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD ARRIVE IN 21 DAYS BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. EVERY TIME I CALL I GET THE RUN AROUND AND NO ONE HAS AN EXPLANATION FOR THE "DELAY". THEY HAVE DIRECTED ME TO SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR BUT THE SUPERVISOR NEVER ANSWERS OR CALLS BACK. I HAVE CONTACTED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FILED A COMPLAINT. I HOPE EVERYONE WHO IS DEFRAUDED BY THIS COMPANY DOES THE SAME SO THAT THEY CAN GET SHUT DOWN!!!"

"One star is too much and I wish I could rate it less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will be in for a trip of frustration trying to find out where your box is and be completely unsuccessful! They never answer the phone and never know where things are. It took two months for one box to get delivered and it was missing items! Oh and it took MULTIPLE attempts to get a hold of them. Now I have been waiting for the second box to arrive and nobody has answers and it has been another two months of waiting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!"
