"The receptionist at my 4:15 appointment on 5/19 was as rude as any I have ever come across. I found out later I owed $47. due to an insurance deductible but to judge her attitude toward me you would think I was some dead beat. She was uninformed about the bill and unwilling to get some help to answer my questions. I have been a patient there for almost two years and I am bewildered as to why they didn't mail me the bill rather than have this person confront me. I am thankful there were no other patients in the waiting room. I think this person would benefit from some elder abuse training."
"I have been bringing my son to see this phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable group of doctors. They have all been very caring and gentle with him. They quickly eased his fears when he was feeling nervous. The girls at the front desk have squeezed us in last minute without a problem! The nurses that have cared for him were awesome! Best podiatry practice around!! I highly recommend!!!!!"
