Reviews
"They are thieves. I wish we had read their reviews before. They will threaten you with whatever amount of money they want. Once they have you stuff. If they tell you it will cost 10k, you will finish with 20k. They just use 3rd party companies and don't do anything but collect your money. They make you wire money to mexico so you can't fight them, and they use fake names. His name is gilad kodash. Hiding in mexico. He sounds very nice at first until they have your things. (After getting scammed, part of my stuff was stolen, and the rest was broken. I paid for packing and unpacking, no pack and unpack like they say.the 3rd company didn't know what I was talking about. )Most of my stuff were damaged. PLEASE SAVE YOUR SELF. Use anyone but them PLEASE . Also make sure the company doesn't have a fake office, like this one. They have a law suit against them and they never paid the lady who won. You will not find records on them online when trying to find. I AM ISRAELI JUST LIKE THEM AND I AM TELLING YOU RUNNNNN. (I am not down with them)"
"Do yourself a favor and find another shipping service this s a completely scam. I got quoted for $800 and so far I’ve paid over$2600 and 3 mounts later I still don’t get my stuff I wish there’s a way to make this as***** paid but he doesn’t even answer his phone anymore"
"Everybody becareful its a scam company i have shipped with them in 18thJuly they have charge me 1528 usd for shipping a frame from Los Angeles to greece they send the invoice & bill of lading and i have received an email today from another company carotrans they work with Shippingquest that they didn’t pay the due amount on the shipment till now i tried to contact them they didn’t answer and shipping quest email is not reachable and the shipment will be on hold till i pay again"
"See their response to me, stating I PAID 45 Days late. See the email received today shows my shipment was collected on the 3rd of November, I only received the invoice on the 16th of November, but I paid on the 20th. They quickly blame clients, and now says 45 days? Do yourself a favor, search google using SHIPPING QUEST REVIEWS. You will be amazed at how many clients they do this to. By the way, today the 13th of December, finally after complaining, threatening, and we have all the sufficient proofs, did I call customer service, who sent me the email, again no clarity on why this jumped to such a long period in time. I am uploading pictures of my claims, but it seems when clients load pictures they accuse them of fraud. They told me in an email today, that they want me to honest in my review, well here it is, completely honest. I even asked today to provide me with the final destination address of our goods going to Kampala Uganda, and again I am completely ignored. So we cant organize overseas local transport without an address. What had happened We shipped a CHARITY consignment from Our Charity Company Project Change. 400 Gifts to unfortunate children. Our quote says 4 weeks, and when we received the invoice, it was double the price. We eventually accepted being promised that the shipment is sent within 15 days of payment, and then it takes 4 weeks. Well the shipment seems to have been sent 24 days after payment, and now we are told it takes 3 months. The estimated arrival is not nearly what they quoted. When you call for a quote, this Company answers very quickly, offering the best service, but try and call to follow up about a shipment, 15-35 minute hold. No Managers ever call you back. Mary and Marge till today, has not told me, when our SHIPMENT sailed. We have sent several emails about this matter, and cannot establish where our shipment is. They refuse to reply or take your calls, and is sarcastic every moment they get. 400 Children who received donated gifts, are left without a Christmas at 2017, and this Company just does not care. DONT LOOK AT THEIR QUOTES, They lie on the quotes to get the business. I see all the other clients with the same complaints, and they always find a way to blame the client. They will reply here and say I paid late, okay, because the charges were rediculous and this after they already collected our shipment. They then state as I mentioned above 15 days from payment it will be shipped. They reply to the email saying, it was sent on the next available shipment? No excuse that it is over the 15 days, and no excuse for the fact that it actually takes 3 MONTHS to ship and not 4 weeks as per their quote. Nothing they say is true, they twist everything their clients write, and this cost us just under $4000, for a charity! We are still completely in the dark, and we are now going to hit them with a law suit. We have given them ample time and opportunity to tell us why they went above the 15 days, and they keep saying we paid late! MISLEADING, DISHONEST, and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experienced in the United States. Read the reviews, and go somewhere else, this place will give you high blood pressure!"
"ShippingQuest is a complete scam and I would give them -5 (negative) starts if possible. It took them 2 months to deliver our boxes (from USA to Europe), we had to pay extra $600 when picking up the boxes on top of the invoice and our TV was completely broken. They provide insurance, but this only covers total-loss (which they will not tell you), not individual items, so we lost another $500. In other words, they are extremly expensive, not reliable, their customer service is the worst I ever deal with, useless and very unprofessional. Do not go with ShippingQuest! Update: ShippingQuest responded saying that I am not a real customer of theirs, what a lame excuse. I am attaching my Ocean Bill of Lading as a proof."
