"I'm not sure if the staff changed but the one that "greeted" me was not friendly. She was rude. I guess because I didn't call from the parking lot to announce I was there (my fault) It was pouring raining and I had no umbrella so I stood in the outer lobby and asked if I could come in instead of running all the way back to my car. I was given nasty looks and curt responses. The doctor herself is very thorough and easy to talk to. She takes her time and does a full exam. When my exam was done the rude one kept saying to the other one "I just can't" " I just can't" which made the other girl who was taking my payment ask her what was wrong. She wouldn't say but again rude to interrupt the process. If she wanted to complain to her coworker she should have waited until I left and because she was so juvenile I could only think she was saying it about me! Seriously not a good experience. There are other doctors. I don't have to come to an office where the staff is rude. Doctor is a five, 1/2 of the staff is a zero. The other 1/2 of the staff needs to pay attention to the client."

"I was very pleased with my visit. The office is clean and the staff was nice. I was most impressed that I was seen in a timely manner; from the time I got there to the time I left, it may have been 30 min, with maybe 5 min of waiting. The doctor was cordial, and most importantly, she listened to me. My only issue is that it was a month before I could be seen, but that's understandable with doctors that are in high demand, and I'm willing to wait for a good doctor."
