"Unfortunately, zero is not a possible rating or that's what I would have chosen. They called Monday to tell me my package would be delivered Tuesday. They called Tuesday to tell me they forgot to put it on the truck and it would come Wednesday between 9 am and 1 pm. The driver calls me at 5:20 pm to tell me he is five minutes away but the grill is still not on the truck. When I call to check the status, I get put on hold and then disconnected. total clown show."
