"You need to change your name to EXTRA STRESS CARE!!! This would have been 1st appt & is scheduled for an hour and a half from now. I waited almost 2 weeks to get in and then you have the audacity to send me a text message with a link! I specifically told the girl on the phone that I left my last doctor because I wanted in person appointments. How unprofessional and you don’t even call anybody you send a text message an hour and a half before my appointment? SMH what a disgrace."
