"Had a great experience here today! Walked in and was experiencing chest pains/pressure and was quickly seen by Caitlyn Krichmam. As someone who has anxiety…doctors and medical professionals are quick to assume the usual “it’s anxiety” and send me on my way. I was also very open about another mental disorder I’ve suffered from for about 15 years and they were very kind and sensitive regarding the situation. I felt super comfortable and heard. Caitlyn and the woman Dr were so nice, so helpful, and very supportive. They ran an ekg and also gave me a chest X-ray. I left feeling a lot better and couldn’t have asked for more from an urgent care."

"Turned away at 7pm when I was told the cut off time is at 7:30pm. I was told to go to a different urgent care when I work for HMH and I have to go inner circle for benefits. As. HMH team member we are trained to never turn a patient away. Extremely disappointing."

"My husband and I brought our energetic 1 1/2 year old twins in today due to respiratory issues. The front office staff went above and beyond to help us keep them entertained by giving them a coloring sheet and crayons and changed the channel to Mickey. Their patience and assistance was so appreciated. Dr. Konigsberg was equally patient and took the time to review our girls’ history prior to making his recommendations. Thank you!"

"I would absolutely never recommend anyone go to this place, i showed up with symptoms of an staph infection which i mentioned and was reprimanded for questioning the doctor given the number of years that has been doing this, I did get a flu and covid test which were negative, they drew blood and send me home very sick with a diagnosis of “unusual symptoms” and that I would be called back in 2 days and given the results of the blood test, feeling that in 2 days I would probably die, I went to the ER where it took the amazing doctor at ocean county medical center about 5 seconds to suspect a staph infect I spend the next 4 days in the hospital being treated for this, oh I am still waiting for the call from the urgent care doctor with my blood results, which given I know what they read shows that are truely incompetent and didn’t even look at them or just didn’t want to own up to the mistake"
