"Doctors and nutritionist were fine. Administrative staff is horrible. Surgeon cancelled my follow-up appointment, but I never received a call. When I showed up for the appt., once I located someone to help me, they told me about the cancellation and almost blamed me stating that they had tried to call me 3x and left voicemails. Turns out the idiot that scheduled the appointment on their electronic calendar entered the phone number incorrectly. Rather than get off their chair and pull my file to get the correct number, they just kept leaving messages for someone else. I left and refused further follow-up treatment. Also, while looking for help, nurses or something in a back room came out and were cursing about having to do something. When they realized they had a patient waiting, the one looked like she had seen a ghost when I gave her a concerned look about their choice of language. Again, the Dr.s are fine, and the nutritionist is very nice and helpful, but the staff is low-class and lazy. Not to mention "Cadi" the nurse at my discharge who ripped the IV out of my arm and tore a vein. As I was exiting the room blood shot all over the floor and the bed sheets. Took her nearly 10 min to stop the bleeding. For crying out loud, get English-speaking nurses who actually care and don't disappear for over an hour when they say they'll be back. During my first night, my hydration IV was empty and the nurse was so annoyed because I buzzed her twice as the alarm was going off. Turns out, they didn't have that bag on the floor to replace it and I had to wait two hours for the new one. I don't care if you have the best Drs in the world, if the staff and nurses are horrible, you're going to lose business as you did with mine."
