"If you got good insurance go somewhere else this place and the staff suck sometimes I feel they only do it for money plus they don’t do any groups recommended like music or fitness since they say they need more money when they can literally cut some of the pointless classes they have and the np jobin has attitude and gave me medicine that didn’t work in the past dbag करना बेहतर also Mike the clinician alien head Gus fring looking dude is a very egotistical ahole same as Karina dbag also dr. Sharma is a b word absolute horrible person wish she was fired and Carmella cuts people off when they talk dimwit."
"Like true UBHC fashion, they cancel on you last minute on their own accord sometimes, and yet, are disrespectful of your time, especially working people. After being upset with Dr. MAC Henry's tardiness to my appointment the previous week, the next week, he was very difficult to me. He called exactly when my appointment started without giving me a chance to log in, and then cancelled on me abruptly when I logged on only 5 minutes late. I would have been understanding, but in the same breath, MAC Henry notified me he would then be off for 2 weeks and I would thereby have trouble getting another appointment before my work before then, while refusing to refill my medication in its entirety- a noticeable power move. Every appointment with this guy feels rushed and short anyway, so there certainly would have been enough time. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because UBHC, as a whole, sets the bar so low. I already tried to discuss this, to be heard, find a better solution, and to find out how to know if my insurance was charged. However, at first, they did not return my call and then when I called back, I was met with more difficulty, so I do not wish to call your patient/advocate line."
