"Dr Crosby , Dr Coleman, Robert and Wendy, Kiyana and Adelina are absolutely amazing. They have went above and beyond to figure out the problem with my 5 year old. Treated him like he was their own child. I definitely recommend this place ask for any of these staff members to get the best of service. Top Notch. Wish they were around when I was young. We need more healthcare professionals like this. God bless you all and thank you for taking great care of Giancarlo aka your future doctor."
"They turned away a 14 month old on Christmas Eve because they were closing in 15min. The receptionist could not have cared less, she was comply unprofessional and should not be in a position to interact with people in need, let alone children. This was my first visit and will absolutely be the last."
"Dr. Crosby was wonderful. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. I appreciate her patience while answering my questions and thoroughly examining my child. The staff is very nice."
"I have scheduled an appointment for my one-year-old baby because she has a fever. I came on time and the front desk receptionist was on the phone for about 10 minutes (it looked like it was a personal call). When she said that I had to wait for 1.5 hours to see a Dr. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it's the same rules apply to walk-in patients? I said that I had a baby in the car with a fever and we needed to check her, she is one year old, but she said she could check her temperature but I have to wait. Very disappointed with them, I don't know what happened to them, but they have to prioritize 5 years 5-year-old can wait, but 1 year cannot!"
"I'm leaving 3 stars because although the clinicians are absolutely wonderful and so helpful, I can't say the same about the rest of the staff. My daughter was taken there for a rib injury and needed an xray. They didn't allow my mother in with her and made her strip down to her underwear. I had called to ask if that was normal procedure (mind you i was very nice and calm in tone) The woman I spoke to was Hispanic, didn't give a name and was so nasty to me on the phone trying to insinuate I was saying something happened and I said nothing of the sort. Then proceeded to tell me " it was a Muslim woman who did the xray, that's actually too much information I should be giving you" I didn't even ask for that information and then I asked her why she was getting so nasty and hostile with me when all I asked if that procedure was normal but this time my tone was a little elevated and she simply hung up the phone on me. So, I must say again, the clinicians are wonderful people but the staff are rude, nasty and shouldn't be in customer service"
