"Just walked out of this place and did not proceed with service. BEWARE!! The front desk receptionist was out of it and had a horrible attitude! She tried charging me $150 copay when my card clearly said $75. She tried to justify it by telling me my hospital copay was $175 (when the card and previous visits have charged $150) On the top of it she tried telling me I hadn’t met my deductible yet when I KNOW I have! I immediately walked out. I don’t know what her game was but it was suspicious!! Also the front entrance is very small and when you get asked the reason for your visit everyone can hear it…."

"The front desk person was SO rude for no reason. She had such an attitude. Luckily the PA was wonderful and so kind. It’s a shame patients are greeted with such hostility despite the fact that the actual medical staff is so great."

"Since when do men argue with young women? Women in general? I hope he doesn’t talk to his girlfriend/spouse like that. I work in a hospital when PT like “Amit Arora” comes in yelling and being disrespectful to Doctors, RN’s, LPN’s, Staff, etc! I confront them about it while enforcing the policy. That type of behavior WILL NOT be tolerated or you will be escorted out of the facility. It’s sad that people like him put bad reviews on urgent care’s trying to drag the business through the dirt. The young ladies that do work the front desk always show professionalism. I just love it when PT’s like him try’s to act up at the hospital. They’re escorted right out of the facility and flagged. When you go into hospital’s and urgent care’s you need to show respect not coming in all rude and yelling. Always remember You have to show respect to get respect. It’s too much hate in this world. “InFocus Urgent Care” locations always does a good job."
