"I’m not even sure if I saw a PA or an actual Physician.. I went in after being sick with what I wasn’t sure was the flu or Covid or something worse I personally think pneumonia have been coughing for days. I’ve had a low-grade fever. My chest is killing me and I have had a painful dry cough. The examiner didn’t even introduce herself and then asked me if there was any other medical issues I had after I already answered this questions with the medical assistant I was a little confused what she meant like as if I was leaving out some kind of info. Anyway, she proceeds to start the exam she sticks the stethoscope in my ear and pokes my ear really hard and then asked me if that hurt and then told me my whole problem was an ear infection. My ears werent hurting me , it hurt what she did however! I said well why am I choking and why have I had a fever and she said well post nasal drip and I told her I have been coughing up blood and she told me that happened sometimes with the heat I said I don’t think that’s ever happened before and the heat has been on Since November .. I guess because the Covid and flu test came up negative but what about strep throat and what about pneumonia? That was my whole entire reason I was there !! She then asked me if I wanted a note for my job and I said I guess so that’s fine .. I really didn’t care about the note for my job. I sounded so sick that they never questioned me .. When I went up front the nasty girl at the front asked me if I was done and when I said, I think so the doctor offered to give me a note for my job. She said well when it gets printed out is when you’ll get it, I waited there for another 5 to 10 minutes was ignored and then walked out the door, and I will never go back there again!!!"

"You went to urgent care expect to pay one copay, but they charged dr visit in one bill, and lab services on other bill. It would be nice if they explained, FYI you will be charged for a copay for lab as well, because I could have gone to lab corp right there at the plaza for zero copay."
