"I waited one hour to seen my foot.doctor got there a10:38 My appt was at 11am I didn't leave until 12:20. It ridiculous. Need to find Another foot doctor.!!!!!"
"Catherine and the rest of the staff was great! Doctor Omole is great with kids and made my daughter feel at ease."
"This place is a joke. They don’t care about the patients that come in and that’s why the place is always empty. They treated us badly and were very unprofessional when we told them we were waiting for a long time meanwhile they were TAKING PICTURES IN THE BACK FOR HALLOWEEN. From the receptionists to the doctors, a complete JOKE."
"Only good thing about this place is that they are fast. I have a lot of clients I take to local essens because they are everywhere but one thing I can say about all of the locations I have been to is that the receptionist are allllll rude. Ignoring you, on their phone, annoyed when you ask questions and even refuse to help. Essen as a company needs to have one of those universal trainings on work etiquette because you can tell they just hire anyone. I will say though the urgent care side of this location is way more professional."
"This facility is not handicap accessible. The front desk does not come out to help patients enter the facility. There is not door bell to notify the receptionist that there is a patient attempting to enter in order to provide assistance. The receptionist, I believe she is Hispanic, has poor customer service. She has no professionalism nor customer friendly as she does not even attempt to make eye contact with patients. Patients have to get her attention to get service. She should not be hidden behind the computer to where she can not see a patient enter the facility. I recommend her attend a customer service training to better assist her with customer friendly environment."
