"This place is the worst doctor office ever The receptionist is loud and talks patients business loudly in English or Spanish she is rude and disrespectful they ask the patient to be 15 early an the doctor is not even in the building till 11 am average wait time is two hours the visit itself takes 10 minutes"

"Ramon Velez is a great maintenance clinic. There staff is very friendly, they were helpful, the process for courtesy medication was really easy, quick! My observation of Roman Velez was pleasant the staff showed great interest in assisting their clients on all levels which was heart warming.
