"This clinic deserves 0 stars. The 1 star is the non clinical staff who are friendly but get nothing accomplished. At least they are very nice. My experience here has been awful. During my first visit here I waited nearly 2 hours after my appointment time to be screened by the nurse and seen by the doctor. No one informed me that the provider would be running late as it just seems like this is normal practice here. When I arrived for my second visit I was informed that due to the weather, Provider Ana Gotay would be running late, and they could not tell me how late I would be seen. Unfortunately, I was unable to wait for my appointment as I had other things scheduled that day and was unable to wait for nearly 2 hours or potentially longer. Since I was unable to wait I decided to reschedule for the following day at 10 AM as the first patient of the day. I arrived the following day 15 minutes prior to my appointment and still waited 45 minutes to be seen by Ana Gotay as she arrived late again. During my brief visit with Ana Gotay she suggested we meet via Telehealth for our next follow-up in order to refill my meds as I explained to her that I would be traveling out of the country for a month and really need to make sure I get my refills before my departure. The receptionist placed me on the schedule for a telehealth call and I never got a call from the provider on the date of my appointment. When I called back to find out why I was never called no one could give me a response but they would place me back on the schedule for a telehealth visit, this happened 4 different times in the span of 2 weeks. It is now 2 days before my departure I called the office again to ask why I didn't get a call from the provider and was informed that the provider would like me to come in-person for the visit. I asked the receptionist when was I going to be informed and why did I have to come in person. I was not provided an answer for either. I actually do like the administrative staff here however they are unable to provide any real help as their most popular response to my questions were "I'll have the doctor call you or there is no doctor on site so there is nothing I can do." This just comes off as this is a me problem and they don't want to help. Is there not a refill policy can a nurse not call-in a prescription with the doctors order? All in all I would never recommend anyone come to seek care here. This practice accomplishes nothing. You will be waiting an eternity to be seen by your provider. Oh they also only accept cash payments for copays in 2024, I couldn't believe it. If you are seeking quality care, with providers that care about you, in this area I highly recommend that you avoid this practice at all cost."

"Ive been coming to this clinic for 10 years now. And although some of their staff has changed, its still the same clerical staff, they have so much love and respect for the patients and they do whatever they can to help. If u need to go anywhere they will find u a doctor that can help. They have spent many years improving the office to look better and feel like a safe environment for all. I would always reccomend the doctors at this clinic. Especially Doctor G, he is amazing."
