"Had a great experience at Jays today. Went in for a bike for my son for Christmas and left with a bike for him, myself and a hitch mount carrier, all things I had been wanting to get for a while. They were knowledgeable helpful and really seemed to want to please the customer. I feel like I got a very fair deal for everything I got. It’s a bit of a drive for me but I will be going back."
"Bought a bike for my son in August. Been back in multiple times after the kid crashed the bike. The entire staff is highly professional ,,knowledgeable and thorough. Just got the 90 day tune up and the bike is in tip top shape.I was told possibly 2 days,but got a call back in 2 hours that it was done. Customer Service is exceptional. Also great bikes and accessories goes without saying.Highly recommended"

"This is the first bike I’ve ever purchased in my life. Growing up parents would always get your first bike. After that it’s all up to you. I went in looking for a specific model and Spencer showed a plethora of bikes that would be perfect for my size. He even also let me test ride it and highlighted some the pros and cons with each specific bike. He went to great detail to make sure I was satisfied. It was because of him I made my purchase then and there. He demonstrated great customer service skills and because of him you have a customer for life now.
