"The worst customer service I have ever received in any Banana Republic. I came in and tried to return 3 jewelery pieces that I purchased in the 5th avenue store. And because the sales person (Brandon) did not want to take the time to look me up with my banana republic credit card he refused to take my return. Treated me as if I had stolen the jewelry. Even though it came in the box and he could’ve looked up the purchase with my credit card he kept repeating over and over that I didn’t have the price on the pieces. One of them had it and he continued to repeat himself saying he couldn’t accept the return. Again the sales person name is Brandon. He’s a nasty and racist person. I know he only treated us this way because we spoke Spanish. Save your money and don’t spend it at this store. Or go to another store."

"Because of the terrible customer service my family and I experienced at the Westfield location, we will never shop at Banana Republic or the GAP ever again! We have shopped at Banana Republic for decades and spent many thousands of dollars on their products because we believed that GAP products were of good quality and the service in their stores used to be decent. The clothing sold now is cheap and poorly constructed. The people who work here are rude and tacky. Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage! The nasty trolls who work here need to visit the Williams Sonoma store next to them to learn what customer service is. Seriously you are terrible people and your clothing sucks."
