"I stopped by Fleet Feet Westfield last Sunday to pick up a new pair of running shoes. After a quick sign in at the front desk, I waited about 15 minutes before it was my turn to be seen. While the staff attended to the customers ahead of me, I enjoyed spending the time checking out the other items in the very well kept store. Dennis was the associate who assisted me and he really knew what he was talking about. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my running needs and he was able to answer my questions while still attending to the growing number of customers. The new foot scanning technology was spot on with finding my correct fit. After we ran through a few options (literally), I was able to make up my mind relatively quick. There were a lot of customers asking for assistance from Dennis, but he managed his interactions very well to be able to attend to everyone. I never felt rushed or pressured by him to make a purchase. The staff was also nice enough to keep the store open past closing time for all of the customers who were still making up their mind. I have been very happy with my purchase and I look forward to doing future business at this location."
