"I found out during my pregnancy that my son had chromosome abnormalities and unfortunately these would cause him to not be viable at birth. This was the hardest decision I’ve ever had to make and due to the laws in my state I had to travel across the country to receive the care I urgently needed. After much research, and help from my local doctor I decided that ParkMed was best for me. From the very first phone call to setup my appointment I KNEW why I chose this establishment. Every staff member, nurse and Dr. Michael MolaeI treated me with the upmost respect and showed me so much love EVERY step of the way. They were all genuinely kind, supportive and compassionate in my time of need. Although this was a very traumatic experience in my life, these beautiful souls helped me more than I think they will ever know. The women in this establishment made me feel like family. It almost felt like an immediate sisterhood bond with them all. The next time I’m in New York, I will be sure to stop by just to give them all a hug because the imprint they left on my heart is something I will carry with me forever."

"I’m not gonna lie but at first these reviews were a little worrisome but I went and I was treated very well. I also did not have to wait long- in and out in about an hour. Everyone was super friendly, like for real. Kind. I felt respected when spoken to and cared for. I was given all the information needed. Even when calling the next day to follow up on something, they gave me a call back no problem. Quick and efficient. I really appreciate it ParkMed. Thank you."

"I came here a couple weeks ago and it took 3 hours to be seen after my appointment time, but they said it was slower than usual and it usually only takes “20 or 30 minutes.” I understand that sometimes things happen, but I came back for a follow up and again I waited 2 hours because apparently one of the doctors had an emergency and wasn’t in. When I book at an appointment at a certain time, I expect to be seen at that time or within 30 minutes at the very least. It’s frustrating to wait for hours as if we have all the time in the world to sit there and don’t have other plans in our day. Either stop overbooking patients or bring in more doctors. If a long wait is expected you need to call patients ahead of their appointment to inform them and offer to rebook because it’s a huge inconvenience to wait for hours when you’re not expecting to. I will say that the assistants and front desk people were all wonderful and I know it’s not their fault things are running so behind."

"I had an appointment at 8:20am and finally got seen at 2:00. Me and several other women were sitting here for hours with no updates whatsoever. After the procedure everything was rushed. Stop scheduling women back to back if you cannot give them the proper care!! One nurse was waking up patients who just had the procedure with an attitude. So disgusting and unprofessional. Not to mention I overheard two nurses talking about another patient who was just as upset as I was for the 5+ hour wait time. There were two kind Hispanic nurses that I really enjoyed. But as far as everything else my experience here was terrible. I do not recommend!"

"The customer service was impeccable. From the receptionist that greet you when you very first walk in. All the nurses were fast ,efficient, yet so caring. The nurses really cared for my well-being. The anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable, I was really nervous. Definitely lives us to reputation. 5 stars for the whole department, they’re all amazing !!"
