"This place is just really upsetting. The PA and whoever the doctor is that she works with, both do not know what they are doing. They made an incision on something they were not supposed to. It has been months and the incision still has not healed. This is because the incision was not supposed to be made in the first place. I have spoken to multiple doctors about the specific procedure they made on a family member because I myself work at an urgent care and I have seen the same situation multiple times, and not once did the doctors I worked with decided to incise in that particular situation. Literally all of them said this is not the protocol for it. The family member, up to this day, is still healing. The only reason that family member came to this clinic was because it was closer. Clearly, the providers here lack knowledge because the procedure they decided to do was WRONG. Even if the PA did not know what she was doing, she should have consulted with the Doctor first if she was unsure. And/or the Doctor should overlook what procedures were done for that day. When I asked for discharge notes awhile back, I had to call back a few more times until they gave it to me and they were hesitant to give it to me. Do not waste your time coming here. Go somewhere that has basic knowledge in what they're doing or suffer."

"This clinic is very friendly, but the wait time is pretty long. Every time I go to this clinic it’s always busy. That’s not a bad thing, in my opinion because that means they are seeing a lot of patients. The owner of the clinic is also a doctor so she’s occasionally walking in and out due to meetings. The faculty are nice people and they mingle with the patients here and there. Even though the place isn’t being paid by the government, it’s doing pretty good by itself. Overall though I think it’s a nice place."
