"Dr. Vanegas is okay, he listens. But the waiting time too long w/ appointment (2 hours ), just to see the doctor 15 minutes . The physical exa was done May 2023 & saw again the dr on July 2023. Now a need a paperwork to be complete. The receptionist is telling to see the doctor again. So copayment again just to see the doctor to complete the paperwork. My believes is that u just leave the paperwork to be complete and later you comer to pick up."

"Worst customer service there is. Waiting time on appointments can reach the three hours wait. And forget it about trying to get anyone in the phone. IMPOSSIBLE. Not even my pharmacy can do it. When requested in the past, my pharmacists has refused me refills because this clinic never answers the phones nor returns requests in a timely manner. front desk staff is rude and work in a mechanical way."

"This is by far one of the worst clinic experiences that I have had yet to this day. The first time I came here everything went smoothly. Check in was easy and I liked the doctor I met with but unfortunately I'm going to have to find another doctor because of this location in particular. I understand the appts are not made by the clinic but that is not my problem. My time was wasted today. I get one day off of work. I woke up extra early to be here in time, look for parking and pay at the meter. I arrive and they told me oh I'm sorry I don't know who made this appt for you but your doctor is not here and I already knew that, I was here to see the nurse for a vaccine. The woman at the desk was very unhelpful and unsympathetic and said I can come back or I can reschedule. I have a deadline to take this vaccine and now screw it. I'm not going to take it all. They treated me as if I didn't matter but that's okay. I won't be returning here again and will keep looking for a better clinic to attend. Horrible horrible horrible customer service here. Avoid it like the plague. I'm very upset!"

"I give this place two stars because their doctors and team are the only things saving it from being a zero rating. Again, these doctors are TOP NOTCH! The facility is beyond absurd. The waiting room is always about twenty degrees too hot and the place is so small that there is always a wait and never enough seats. Their computer system is from the 70s. What should take the people behind the front desk a minute takes them about ten minutes, while people are waiting in a line out the door because there’s nowhere else to stand. They literally take your vitals IN THE HALLWAY, which is actually illegal. Here’s the proof in a photo. I should not be standing here in the hallway waiting, but here I am! I come here because it is a convenient location and I love my doc, but I think it’s sadly becoming time to find another group of doctors. No fun at all!"
