"If I could give this place a zero I would horrible customer service they have no idea what they doing. I called on behalf of my mother that was been waiting for a test they did for her for various viruses and the person I spoke to which I think had no idea what she was doing I told her that my mom couldn’t speak Spanish that I had to speak and she transfer me to a supposedly Spanish translation and kept asking my mom to verify her full name in Spanish which my mom was clearly telling her 3 times her full name and then after they stood shut and didn’t say nothing. Horrible we won’t be coming back here."

"The team is kind and quick in getting the help you need. The doctor was friendly with good bedside manners. They have their own X-ray machine and I was thankful for that."

"This past Sunday I went to city MD in Astoria and when I walked in they said there was a flood. I heard the staff talking that the water was from the toilets. I waited around to see what would happen and no one came to clean. They just kept seeing patients. I watched the staff and patients walked through contaminated water. I was so repulsed I left. Never again will I go and I am reporting you to the department of health. This is unsanitary and you obviously don't care about the safety of your staff or patients. Next time I'm just going to a different urgent care. This is disgusting."

"The receptionists were kind and helpful. I went 2 times for a physical I needed for a Coast Guard license. I called prior to my 1st visit to verify they had the testing equipment and can do this physical. THEY CAN DO DOT PHYSICALS. The first visit, "no one was there, that can do physicals." I was told today that "the paperwork was too extensive." In other words, the doctor scheduled today was lazy and didn't feel like doing it. Go elsewhere!"
