"Last year, my road bike broke down almost right in front of their shop. The seat post snapped, and they didn't think they had a component that would fit in stock. They searched for 10 mins and found one, installed it and adjusted it to my height at a very reasonable price. Another shop might have taken advantage of my situation and charged me a "stranded" premium, but they did not, which shows me they are caring, honest folks."
"Purchased a Groupon for a bike tune up, for 2 bikes. Called to schedule a drop off and mentioned I had the Groupon. Staff said it would be more than the Groupon said because what I paid is for a kid's bike, and he said he would charge me more. Nowhere on the Groupon does it mention what type of bike. Instead of honoring the Groupon and gaining a customer, he said he would would not honor the price I paid on Groupon. Classic case of bait and switch. Bye!"
"After searching online for a bike I decided I wanted to go in person and speak with someone about a bike that would better suit my needs. It was busy when I went so it took a little while for someone to offer me help. Oscar did a great job explaining the different types of bikes and took me to ride a few to see which one I would be comfortable on! He took his time and I appreciated that. I do wish they had a few more different colors for women bikes but overall I love my bike! I get a lot of compliments on it!"
