"Would never visit this place again. The receptionist, and people at the front desk were friendly. Took me to the back room the nurse that takes your vitals was also nice. But, the Doctor was an IDIOT. Rude telling me I should not be there. I was explaining to the nurse that I had COVID 2 weeks before, she was more attentive then the Dr. she said your dizziness and the none eating all the other symptoms can be the after effects of COVID. DR. said we do not take out blood here your wasting your time. So I’m not 30 years old, I’m 65 a senior this guy did not have a good attitude, no empathy when he spoke. It was close to closing time and he wanted to leave. He could have been alittle more informative, helpful. I have been to a lot of MD but this one is the worst. ParkSlope is great. I will go there in the future but here… Ps. Spoke to the receptionist the next day. She said someone will call me from her office she apologized. No one called."

They saw me within minutes, Dr Smith and his team were efficient and professional but very kind. No COVID, no strep - just a bad cold thankfully. I hope not to need the service again but if I am sick again in Brooklyn, I’d use them without hesitation"
