CityMD Ridgewood Urgent Care- Queens 5626 Myrtle Avenue, Queens, New York 11385,

"I was very happy with CITY MD they took excellent care if my husband until he went to his PCP and noticed she had nothing sent to her. What is the point of asking for pcp information all the time if you aren't sending all medical records to her.He had surgery and no one sent anything to the pcp. I went yesterday and they gave me a number to call.useless because uts automated to send form which facility did not provide.It was filled out THAT I HAVE TO PRINT OUT AND FAX MYSELF this office should at least provide the form!. I am very angry because now he has a cramp feeling that doesn't go away and the PCP is not happy.I thought she was aware or at least had all my information sent to her. I am trying to fax the form which I already printed out and filled out and trying to fax and all fax reports I am getting several busy verification reports it's not going through.We now need transportation and insurance said they had to call so I went to PCP to see if they can help with scheduling transportation to Manhattan which is where the follow up appointments will be in the future.What is there to do now? Who is able to help me?"

"Only been there twice and both times have been wonderful. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and all the staff are friendly and respectful to all patients. 10/10 I recommend this clinic."

"I just got finessed out of $40 no wonder why they make you pay first so I called first and said I have random periodic muscle pain do you have a machine to test they said yes I came in repeated the same thing was told yes doctor came in turned my arm left turned it right prescribed me some aleve and sent me on my merry way. Like bro I could've done that and cheaper and went with cold peas. I came to verify a potential muscle tear issue and get it fixed so i could go back to the gym not temporarily ease minor pain for $40 and whatever Aleve costs complete waste of time and money. I work at a hospital so I know how long wait times are thats the point of urgent care to avoid that then I get a referral to go do exactly what I asked them to do either he's lazy or just doesn't care to go the extra mile for patients but on another note the two women when I walked in were very pleasant helpful and attentive started off a good visit ended sour"

"I visited this location on Sunday morning, I was acknowledged right away by the young lady at the front desk. She was very friendly. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The entire staff at this location is very helpful & friendly. When I left, I was acknowledged right away by both staff members at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this CityMD to anyone needing urgent care."
