There was some back and forth on the phone about when an appointment would be possible, after which the person on the phone (I think their name was Ashleigh) told me 'we don't want your business if you are going to be difficult like this'. I was dumbstruck. I was quite anxious about my condition and wanted to arrange an appointment ASAP, but I really didn't expect to be spoken to like that :("
"I am okay with the services but was disappointed on how my purchase with the Q was handled and the warranty it’s suppose to come with. My device sometimes works and sometimes it doesn’t work. I was told that if it completely stop working it would be replaced since it’s under warranty at the time. I don’t know if I trust that without it being in writing. I was told that there was no more in stock but I went online it there is some online. Not sure how I feel about this issue"

I shopped around a bit before and felt most comfortable and confident with Dr Toyos. It’s been a couple hours since my SMILE surgery and i feel good.
