"Wait was under ten minutes, seemed long but the lady I spoke with was very helpful regarding my 3 year old."

"I called in a panic, and the woman/man couldn’t tell the voice was deep but sounded feminine. Any way I called upset about my child biting a candle with like glitter in it, and I’m like is that ok, and she/him was like idk what the material is honey you need to tell me, I’m like I have no idea it’s like sparkly, and he/she was like girl before you call in you need to figure out the material so I can tell you. I said wow you were so rude, and her/his tone was the worst! They should have better compassion and empathy, it’s scary for parents to have to call in the first place."

"It took them over 10 minutes to answer the phone and when I ask them about that they literally hung up in my face. I literally could’ve been done on the floor because I was poisoned and they had me on hold. I’d give no stars if I could"

"Thought I poisoned myself was on hold for 10 minutes. Feel like that's a long time if your question is should I worry about my impending death. Not sure how many people call in at a time with questions like that. May want to hire another operator. Once answered though the operator was very nice and knowledgeable. So that brought it up from one star. Also I didn't die."
